Within the framework of commercial, financial, administrative, legal and results auditing activities, which EEDAS S.A. E.S.P. makes to the concession contract for the generation, distribution and commercialization of energy carried out by SOPESA S.A. E.S.P., the visit was made, at the EEDAS facilities, by the group of officials who supervise said contract on behalf of the Ministry of Mines and Energy.

This meeting was attended by the Director of Energy, Cristian Andrés Díaz Durán and his work team; with members of the board of directors of SOPESA S.A. and the administrative part of EEDAS S.A. E.S.P., headed by its general manager, Dr. Randy Allen Bent Hooker.

During this visit, EEDAS S.A. E.S.P. was able to render the reports corresponding to the supervision of the first semester of the year, in which the results, advances and recommendations that have been made throughout these first six months were shown, for the improvement and continuous service adequately in the department .

To end the meeting, the necessary conclusions were established to continue with the improvement in the service and move forward with the concession contract in the manner established by the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the concessionaire SOPESA S.A. E.S.P. and the controller EEDAS S.A. E.S.P.
