EEDAS S.A. E.S.P. held its ordinary meeting session No. 167 in recent days, with the participation of the entity’s administration, representatives of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Ministry of Finance and Departmental Government. In this meeting, topics related to the progress report of the Sagrilaft process, the presentation of financial information by June 30, 2022 and requests to develop contractual processes with company clients were discussed.

The members were able to guarantee the transparency of the processes that are being developed, especially the one that has to do with Sagrilaft; the suitability that one has when choosing contractors and the personnel that is linking to EEDAS S.A. E.S.P.; and they verified, in the financial part, that the objectives set by the administration and the board of directors, have been fully fulfilled. In addition, the powers granted to the administration to contract with other entities were approved, with the aim of continuing to execute the action plan established for the 2022 term.
